Hello, all Tamagotchi blog readers! This is my last Tamagotchi post for a while, but when I am back, you will be inundated with Tamagotchi fun! (and maybe a Tamagotchi iD-L)
TamaTown Tama-Go update: On my blue Tama-Go, Oyajitchi, at age 8, left his daughter Nokotchi. She is now a 9th generation Belltchi.
Belltchi greets us.
I'll be gone for a couple of weeks, so I won't be able to post then. I am bringing a TamaWalkie and my blue Music Star (Joshua currently) and will tell all that happened to them when I get back. Maybe I'll even come home to the Tamagotchi iD-L I ordered. (Hope so!)
Well, until then, bye! Sayoonara! Ciao!
Today's question: how often do you pause your Tamagotchi?
Amat Gotchi
Hoshitchi (6th generation) bids us farewell. (for now!)

Today was a good day for my Tamagotchis; many events occurred.
Tamagotchi V4.5 update: Aspen the Shitekitchi got a job as a firefighter. The game is a lot like "Shoot the Bug" on Tama-Go. Maybe the Tama-Go game is based off this game. In any case, Shoot the Bug is a lot more interesting to play.
Tamagotchi Music Star update: Eggberte, at age 9, left his baby Petitchi boy. Chino? woke up this morning fatherless, and an hour later, evolved into a Kuchitamatchi. Chai, at age 6, left her baby Petitchi boy. Joshua woke up today and later evolved into a Kuribotchi. Both Chino? and Joshua subsequently began preschool.
TamaTown Tama-Go update: at age 9, the Oyajitchi on my black Tama-Go left his baby girl, Nokotchi. An hour after she woke up, she evolved into Hoshitchi. Tomorrow, I will probably post pictures of her. Tonight, my other Oyajitchi will probably leave.
Today's question: what is your favorite TamaTown website? As in, V3, V4, V5, Music City/Tama-Go, Japanese TamaTowns, etc.
Thanks for reading! Also, Tamagal from her Tamagotchi blog acknowledged my comments on her blog, and this urged her to keep blogging. Way to go, Tamagal! Bandai might notice that Tamagotchis are still prevalent if they see up-to-date blogs on the Internet.

Hello, Tamagotchis and fans! Today wasn't a very active Tamagotchi day, but tomorrow will definitely be.
TamaTown Tama-Go update: My other Oyajitchi-Kunoitchi couple had a baby. I paused the Tamagotchi before it woke up and showed the couple with a baby boy in between them, so I naturally thought I had accidentally predicted the gender. After I unpaused, the two Tamagotchis stood with an egg for ten minutes before it hatched into a baby girl. For whatever reason, the pause screen showed a different gender than the baby was. Has anyone else had this strange experience before?
Today's question: do you have an idea for a new Tamagotchi? BanDai seems to be struggling to come up with one.

Today brought many evolutions and events in the realm of Tamagotchi.
Tamagotchi V4.5 update: Aspen the Ura Young Marotchi evolved into...Shitekitchi. Not her again! Atlas the Kuchitamatchi became a Daiyatchi. When I connected the two and selected "present," with Aspen on the receiving line, the two Tamagotchis kissed (yes, teen and adult). In Aspen's friend list, Atlas was listed with 4 hearts, but on Atlas's friend list, Aspen was only listed with 4 faces. I think I will pause Atlas to see if, while he is still a teen, he is able to actually marry Aspen. I saw a topic on TamaTalk about V4.5 teen marriage, and I will try to contribute.
The pixels are a bit washed-out, but you can see that Aspen (on left) is kissing Atlas (on right). Atlas is turning his head away, maybe there's no animation for teens kissing, or maybe he doesn't want to be kissed.
Tamagotchi Music Star Update: Chai the Makiko married Eggberte the Dreamitchi, and they each had a baby boy.
TamaTown Tama-Go update: one of my Oyajitchi-Kunoitchi couples, the one on the black Tama-Go, had a baby girl, the third ever Tama-Go girl character I have ever had. (out of 14 TamaTown Tama-Go generations total, blue and black device combined)
From left: Kunoitchi, Nokotchi, Oyajitchi, all peacefully hanging out in their family home.
Long day today! There is more information and entertainment to come in future blog posts!
Thanks for reading; mata atode!

Hi, all Tamagotchi fans.  TamaTown is still down, if I am not mistaken. When will it be back up??
Tamagotchi V4 update: Carla the Sebiretchi got a job as a baker today. She failed both other job interviews: musician and fashion designer.
Tamagotchi V4.5 update: Luna the Shitekitchi left her baby boy last night. This morning, he woke up and I named him Atlas. Later he evolved into a Kuchitamatchi and began preschool.
Tamagotchi Music Star update: Chai the Makiko, and her band Oolong!, won the first ranking award today in Rock and Roll Music.
TamaTown Tama-Go update: My other Oyajitchi married today, to the same character as his brother (another Oyajitchi) married: Kunoitchi. On the first two date place visits for this Oyajitchi, the partner offered was ChaMametchi, whom I really dislike, especially after she was changed (by BanDai) into an adult character. This is the wedding of Oyajitchi and Kunoitchi.
My TamaWalkie is nearing the next city. I will post when I arrive somewhere, and when I find souvenirs and UFO pieces.
Today's question: do you have any non-Tamagotchi virtual pets?
Thanks for reading! Ciao!

Hello, Tamagotchi fans. Today held a few events for my Tamagotchis.
Tamagotchi V4 update: Carla the Young Dorotchi became Sebiretchi. She is still in school.
Tamagotchi V4.5 update: Aspen the Hitodetchi became Ura Young Marotchi. She began school with Mr. Canvas.
Aspen brushes her teeth.
Aspen hangs out.
Aspen approaches.
TamaTown Tama-Go update: one of my Oyajitchis got married to a Kunoitchi today, at age 7. Many Tamagotchis attended the wedding. I'll post a video of my other Oyajitchi's wedding tomorrow; this one did not turn out right.
Today's question: Do you like the TamaTown Tama-Go? Why or why not?

Konnichiwa, all readers. Today was a somewhat eventful day in the realm of Tamagotchi.
Tamagotchi V4.5 update: At age 8, Luna the Shitekitchi married an Ura Kuchipatchi via the matchmaker, and had a baby boy. Also, I remembered that I had a spare V4.5 which I thought I had broken when I tried to debug it. Turns out I only broke the sound wires. The Tamagotchi actually works fine, except it is completely silent. I took it apart and put it back together again today. Then I hatched it. It is a girl named Aspen and she is currently a Hitodetchi. It felt odd to be hatching a first generation Tamagotchi; you start out with no Gotchi points at all!
Tamagotchi Music Star update: Chai the Ringotchi became a Makiko. (This is my third Makiko this month! I don't really like this character very much, though she is not the worst.) The other members of her band Oolong!, who are Thu the Chamametchi and Veronica the Ichigotchi, became Onputchi and Violetchi, respectively.
TamaTown Tama-Go update: one of my Oyajitchis visited the Date Place today, though none of the potential partners were very appealing. Tomorrow, there may be a marriage, a video of which I shall post.
Today's question: Can Oyajitchi become a senior? I doubt it, but don't have any evidence.

Thursday, June 21, 2012

Hello, all readers! I didn't blog yesterday because nothing happened to my Tamagotchis. Today, however, was relatively eventful.
Tamagotchi V4 update: Carla the Mohitamatchi became a Young Dorotchi. I was slightly disappointed with getting the Kuchi family; I have already obtained most of the Kuchi family girls. Brad's mom, Jess, was a Yattatchi (and she got married to a weird cluster of pixels by the matchmaker--weird!). Anyway, Carla later began going to school, taught by Mr. Turtlepedia.
Tamagotchi Music Star update: Chai the Hitodetchi became a Ringotchi. Then she started music school and met Thu (a Chamametchi) and Veronica (an Ichigotchi). Chai's band was named "Oolong!"
Chai celebrates the summer solstice.
Chai hangs out.

Oolong! is lectured by a teacher at music school.

They loitered in the classroom too long.

Eggberte the Dreamitchi, and his band, Omelette, finally pro-debuted. Later in the day, Eggberte won first ranking award in hip-hop music. That was sudden.
Eggberte celebrates the summer solstice.
I have been reading about miscellaneous features of the Tamagotchi iD-L so I am prepared when it arrives. Do you have any crucial information on this topic?
TamaTown is still not working; I hope it is fixed soon. Does this problem have anything to do with the lack of popularity of Tamagotchi? Hope not. I hope they are updating the site.
Ciao!

Tuesday, June 19, 2012

Not much happened today, but here's what did:
Tamagotchi V4 update: Brad the Shimashimatchi left his baby girl, Carla, a Tsubutchi. She later evolved into a Mohitamatchi and started preschool.
Music Star update: Eggberte's band Omelette failed yet another audition. I don't know if he'll ever hit first ranking. Something I noticed: Chai, still a Hitodetchi, was playing with her panda when she wasn't supposed to. I put her in time-out, but she frowned at me, and then kept playing. I checked her stats and found her stress level was very high. Bear that in mind with Music Stars; when they have high stress they don't want to do anything.
Today's question: What is your least favorite Tamagotchi character?

Music Stars update: Last night, Petunia the Sebiretchi left her baby girl, Chai. She was a Petitchi and then evolved into a Hitodetchi, subsequently starting preschool.
Chai likes her panda.
On my other Music Star, Eggberte's band Omelette failed another two auditions.
Tama-Go update: nothing crucial happened today, but I maxed out the weight on one of my Oyajitchis. He looks quite comical.
Oyajitchi is currently 99 lb.
Tamagotchi V4.5 update: Luna got a new job, switching from circus worker to flower shop sorter.
Tamagotchi V4 update: I think I'll let Brad leave tonight. He's starting to get sick pretty often and I think he's getting tired of taking care of his daughter.
My Tamagotchi iD-L is on the way. There was no date given as to the arrival of my order. Dangit.
Today's question: Do you prefer the old or newer character sprite of Mametchi?

Sunday, June 17, 2012

Not much happened today, except on my Music Star Tamagotchi named Eggberte. Earlier today, he started music school. He formed a band named "Omelette." Then he became a Mametchi later. Sadly, Omelette, composed of Eggberte, Ryo (a Kuromametchi), and Daniel (a Shimashimatchi); failed their pro-debut audition, and later did street performances. Afterward, Eggberte the Mametchi used the Boy's Destiny Star and became a Dreamitchi. Here is a video.

Sorry if it takes a long time to load. This is not the ideal video format, and I will try a different format for my next video. Also, sorry about the glare; I couldn't get it to disappear.
Hope this video works for you!
Today's question: Why is the Tamagotchi franchise not doing so well right now? I have a few theories.
Ciao!

Hello, fellow Tamagotchis and fans! Thanks for visiting!
Tamagotchi V4 update: Last night, just after midnight, I realized Brad the Shimashimatchi had left his baby girl. Horrified because I did not want him to leave yet, I pushed the reset button on the back of the Tamagotchi and chose "Download" and he came back. Brad will stay a while longer.
Music Star update: This morning, Eggberte became a Hinotamatchi teen.
Tama-Go update: Last night, both Ojitchi and Otokitchi left their baby boys. This morning, they woke up alone, and an hour later, they became Oyajitchis. The blue Tama-Go is an 8th generation, while the black one is a 5th generation. Later on, I decided to have fun with the costumes from the Violetchi and Mametchi figures.
Both my Oyajitchis are the same. Oyajitchi's base weight is 45 lb, so this guy really isn't relatively heavy.

After I inserted the Violetchi figure into the Tama-Go, Oyajitchi tried on a flower dress from Violetchi's floral shop. It looks like a hula skirt. He seemed to like it, and he wore it until he went to bed, but I can't figure why.
From the toy shop on the Mametchi figure, Oyajitchi wore a rabbit costume. This costume seems to better match Oyajitchi's spherical shape.
As I yearningly await my Tamagotchi iD-L, I ponder the meaning of life. Also in the passing days (OK, I know I only ordered it yesterday, but still) I wonder when will it get here? I anticipate the arrival of this object. By the way, I would like to get some downloading apparatus for my iD-L, such as an infrared cell phone or USB port, but I don't know how to find either one. Does anyone have a link to an inexpensive (emphasize this word) IR phone or USB port? Please post your answer in the comments.
Today's question is stated above; rather than opinion-stating, it is advice-giving.

Tama-Go update: both aged 24, they each have a baby boy, who after the parents leave will become Oyajitchis.
Ojitchi with baby boy Kinotchi, happy. Wow, he has bad teeth.

Otokitchi with baby boy, Kinotchi, relaxing.
Music Star update: Eggberte the Kuribotchi began preschool.
Eggberte is gleeful.
V4 update: Brad the Shimashimatchi finally donated 200,000 (yes, two hundred thousand) Gotchi points to the king. He was rewarded with a shield souvenir from Tamagotchi Town and the Royal Costume in his item inventory. The Royal Costume apparently gives you a password for Tamagotchi Corner Shop 2 (on Tamagotchi V3 it gives you a password for Tamagotchi Corner Shop 3) but I don't have that videogame, unfortunately. I found this out through extensive research online.
He was also offered a new job but decided to keep his job as a teacher. I am trying to keep Brad from leaving his baby too soon so I will pause him tonight.
On my Tamawalkie, I made it through Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. and am now on my way to Boston. This pedometer makes me feel adventurous, and I like how it doesn't do much until you start running around.
I just today ordered a Tamagotchi iD-L from CDJapan. It will arrive in a good many weeks, and I will then take pictures and review it. Does anyone have suggestions for protecting one of these things? I really don't want to scratch, jostle, or break it.
Today's question: Do you have a Tamagotchi blog you want to share? Please post answers to my questions in the comments section.

My TamaWalkie finally arrived today, and I really like it. It is black, and I think designed to look like a UFO. When you untab the pedometer, you are first asked to choose a character--Mametchi, Memetchi, or Kuchipatchi. Then, the character you have selected gets in a UFO, and flies. When it nears Earth, it hits an asteroid and undergoes a swirly descent toward Earth's surface. The UFO shatters into pieces, apparently scattered throughout North America. Your Tamagotchi character is lying facedown on the ground near the ship. After shaking, pressing buttons, etc, the character gets up. The mission is to find the pieces of the UFO and put them back together, allowing the Tamagotchi to return to Tamagotchi Planet.
I noticed the instructions were in broken English, because this product is from Bandai Asia. This was harmless, even cool, except for times such as "NOTE: Not to eat too much. Otherwise..." I still don't know what happens if you eat too much. Whoops. Overall, TamaWalkie is pretty fun. It is also a good incentive to exercise.
My Tama-Gos married today. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a video of it; the marriage happened too spontaneously: I selected "game" when connecting the Tamagotchis a second time and they married. I will post pictures of them tomorrow; my Tamagotchis are asleep right now.
Today's question: What version was your first Tamagotchi?

Last night, on one of my Tamagotchi Music Stars, Zinnia the Makiko left her baby boy. This morning he woke up and I named him Eggberte. I paused him all day, and just now unpaused him, so he is still a Petitchi. Oh, he just became a Kuribotchi.
Tama-Go update: Finally, at age 22, Kuromametchi became Ojitchi. After I got home today, I saw him calling for attention, actually saying my name, still as Kuromametchi. I ignored his cries because I hear Tama-Gos can feed themselves. A few minutes after he was beeping at me, he evolved into Ojitchi. So, apparently, CheesyNoodleTama from TamaTalk was correct when they told me Tama-Gos become seniors after you stop taking good care of them. Makiko on my other Tama-Go became Otokitchi at age 16 the moment I maxed out her weight after underfeeding her. Secret character (Oyajitchi or Grippatchi) here I come! I might film my Tama-Gos' wedding if they marry tomorrow.
Today's question: More information about Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. has been released. What do you think?

TamaTown Tama-Go stats: same. They are both 20 years old. Holy cow! Kuromametchi is STILL an adult.
Tamagotchi Music Star update: I will probably let Zinnia leave her baby tonight. Because TamaTown is still down, I will have to write down my Tamagotchis' login codes to enter them into the site when it comes back up.
I unpaused my V4 today. Brad is 6 years old, is a Shimashimatchi and has a baby girl.
Also, I took the battery out of my V3 and put it in my V4.5 Tamagotchi. She is a 5th generation Shitekitchi whose name is Luna. She works for the circus. In my opinion, no offense to her, she looks like an angry tennis ball with legs and glasses. I got her when I had Ura Young Memetchi, and I aimed for lots of spiritual skill points to get Ura Violetchi, but because of some evolution issues on V4.5, I got Shitekitchi instead.
Luna the Shitekitchi existing.
Luna approaches...

Luna is angry.
Today's question: Got any speculations on what the Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. Apps might be like?

My Tama-Gos are 19 years old today. Nothing has happened yet.
Today, I photographed Zinnia the Makiko with her Kuchipatchi husband and baby boy.

Also, today Petunia the Sebiretchi married a Shimashimatchi and had a baby girl. Also, she changed her favorite music genre to Rock and Roll music, and today attained 1st ranking award in this genre.
I will have to pause both my Tamagotchi Music Stars tonight because I have plans tomorrow, and I don't want Zinnia to leave tonight.
Recently, I rethought my stance on Tamagotchi L.I.F.E. Before, I was not sure it was a good thing, but now I realize it is, because articles said it might include stuff like Tamagotchi Anime. Even if this doesn't mean a new Tamagotchi, I am still ecstatic, and hungry for knowledge on what this new product line is.
Today's question: Have any speculations on things in the soon-to-come Tamagotchi L.I.F.E. product line? Opinions? Knowledge?

Nothing notable has happened today on my Tama-Gos. They are each 18 years old and still, Kuromametchi has not evolved into a senior.
At 12:30 today, Zinnia, at age 5, married a Kuchipatchi through her Band Manager. They gave birth to a baby boy. Tomorrow, I will post pictures tomorrow.
Petunia was also proposed to at the same time, but her potential husband was a Togetchi, exactly like her father, which I thought would be odd, so, despite his good looks, I politely declined his proposal. When asked to marry at 4:30 PM, Petunia's potential mate, Mametchi, was identical to her grandfather. Believing this to be. . . weird, we again refused to marry him, greatly saddening Petunia, the band manager, and the possible future husband :-(
The other day, I mentioned Petunia sitting on the floor with a Z over her head, like she was sleeping, not in bed. Is this a nap?? Last time, I thought I might be going insane, but this morning, it happened again!! Quickly, I snapped some photos, catching the strange phenomenon on camera.
Petunia is sitting on the ground. She woke up an hour or two ago, but now she seems half-asleep. Or maybe having a seizure? Meditating? What happened? BTW the door icon has nothing to do with this sleep thing; the Tamagotchi happened to beep for mail at that time. Something else strange is that Petunia didn't "snap out of it" when the doorbell rang. Nothing happened until I pushed a button, and then she was back to normal, standing with an exclamation point over her head because of the door icon.
Does anyone else know what this is? Have you or someone you know experienced it before? Should I be worried? Please answer my desperate questions in the comments section.
I am getting beyond excited for my TamaWalkie to arrive. How do I patiently wait for a pedometer?
Thanks for reading,

Friday, June 8, 2012

With my Music Stars, nothing new has happened today.
Tama-Go update: Both are 17 years old now; only one is a senior, Otokitchi. Kuromametchi is tenacious in his youthfulness. I had a funny experience today with Otokitchi, though. I'm sure you all know what happens when a Tama-Go reaches 99 pounds, but wow, Otokitchi looks way cool!!
Otokitchi, after overeating, has now become obese. She can no longer move, play, eat, or anything.
When Otokitchi's weight was high, the Ichigotchi figure was in, so in the time screen, when Ichigotchi would approach Otokitchi, she didn't move at all.
Later on, I gave her a diet pill (medicine icon) and her weight went back down to 72 pounds. Then I obsessively played games until she was around 52 pounds.
I am waiting impatiently for my TamaWalkie to arrive from overseas, letting the possibilities of an adventurous pedometer run through my mind.
Today's question: How many Tamagotchis (if any) do you have? I have eleven, plus a soon-to-arrive TamaWalkie  and a broken V4.5.
Ciao!

Tama-Go update: This morning, Makiko evolved into Otokitchi, at age 16!! Kuromametchi, though, is the same age and has not evolved yet. But, I am one step closer to a secret character! If Kuromametchi becomes Ojitchi tomorrow, I might post a video of Ojitchi's and Otokitchi's wedding.
Otokitchi (formerly Makiko) hangs out.
Otokitchi is happy.

Otokitchi approaches us.

Music Star: Petunia the Sebiretchi changed her favorite genre to jazz music, and her band, "Squirrel," won the 1st ranking award in that category. Something really weird happened this morning: after Petunia woke up, I left her alone for a little while. When I came back to check on her, she was sitting on the floor with Zs over her head, like she was sleeping. But she wasn't in bed! After I pushed a button, she was back to normal, and started to move again. But what was it?? Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon with a Music Star as well? Sorry, I wasn't able to get a picture of her; I was really freaked out!
Petunia is glad.
Petunia is jubilant.

Today, Zinnia finally had her pro-debut, later obtaining her 1st ranking award in hip-hop music, and Petunia won her 1st ranking award in classical music. I would upload a video of their performances, but, unfortunately, I couldn't film them due to GLARE!  :-(   However, I did catch a video of Zinnia's street performance yesterday. Here it is. This was before her pro-debut, when she couldn't afford an actual concert stadium. Notice her surroundings at the beginning, and their lack of flashy concert special effects.

Anyway, my Tama-Gos are today 15 years old; still no signs of senior citizenship. Does anybody know when they are supposed to evolve??? Will they evolve tomorrow?
By the way, I just ordered the TamaWalkie on eBay, free shipping!! It should arrive June 19, I hope. When I get it, I will review it. I am extremely excited, ecstatic, et cetera! If any of you Tamagotchi fans have a TamaWalkie, please tell me your opinion of it.
TamaTown still isn't working, though after checking TamaTalk, I know I'm not alone. I really hope Bandai is updating the site, maybe for Tamagotchi L.I.F.E.?
Today's question: What is your favorite Tamagotchi version?

Tuesday, June 5, 2012

Today, Zinnia the Chamametchi became Makiko. Her band member Ryo changed into a Mametchi, while Louis became a Togetchi. They are now a hip-hop band called "Cicadas." (They play hip-hop music with two trumpets and a turntable. How is that done?) Unfortunately, the band failed its pro-debut judging. Later, Zinnia had her first performance, which was a street performance, so apparently they were at a park and couldn't afford special effects. I will post the video of her concert tomorrow.
Petunia the Ringotchi evolved into Sebiretchi; I didn't realize I had taken such bad care of her :0        I don't mind, though. Sebiretchi is one of the funniest Tamagotchi characters. In her jazz band, "Squirrel," the other members, Penny and Elaine, became Chantotchi and Kunoitchi, respectively. Miraculously, "Squirrel" succeeded in its pro-debut judging, and Petunia had her first concert today.
Currently, my V3 and V4 are paused, as I greatly enjoy the characters I have and am not ready to see them leave their children. My TamaTown Tama-Gos are each 14 years old, but they are STILL regular adults! Seriously! I think these are the oldest adult Tamagotchis I have had that were not seniors!!! Maybe they will evolve tomorrow??
Today's question: What is your favorite Tamagotchi character? I, truly, have too many to list.

Monday, June 4, 2012

Today, both my Tamagotchi Music Stars evolved into teens. Zinnia, a 6th generation Hitodetchi on my purple Tamagotchi, became Chamametchi, while Petunia, a 5th generation Hitodetchi on my blue Tamagotchi, evolved into Ringotchi. Subsequently, each of them began music school. Zinnia is in a band called "Cicadas" with Ryo and Louis, a Hinotamatchi and a Nonopotchi, respectively. Petunia is in a band called "Squirrel" with Penny, an Ichigotchi, and Elaine, a Chamametchi.
Later, when I tried to enter TamaTown, it kept telling me my username and password did not match. I set the page so it remembers my username and password, so it couldn't have been wrong. I just used the site yesterday, and it was fine. What's up with that? Has anyone else experienced TamaTown issues today?
Now my TamaTown Tama-Gos are each 13 years old, but these stubborn little Tamas STILL haven't become seniors. At what age are they supposed to evolve?
Sorry no pics today; my Tamagotchis are all asleep. :-(
Today's question: What do you think about Bandai's new Tamagotchi Life marketing plan? (Another link is here.) I got all the links from TamaTalk.

Hi! Today I will report the stats from my Tamagotchi Music Stars!

Purple Music Star: Last night, Donald the Mametchi, at age 6, left his baby, whom this morning I named Zinnia. Later, she became a Hitodetchi and began preschool. She is a 6th generation Tamagotchi.

Zinnia practices the piano

Blue Music Star: Also last night, Apollo the Togetchi, age 9, left his baby girl. This morning, she woke up, and I named her Petunia. An hour later, she evolved into Hitodetchi and started preschool as well. She is a 5th generation Tamagotchi.
Petunia likes to smile.

Neither of my Tama-Gos has evolved into a senior yet. They're both 12 years old! I want to marry them as seniors so they produce Grippatchi (hopefully!).

Kuromametchi, a 4th generation, hangs out.
Makiko, a 7th generation, shows off.
Today's question: What should Bandai do to promote the Tamagotchi more?
More blog later! Ciao, Mata atode, etc.

I have Tamagotchis in versions 3-7. My version 4, named Brad, is a 4-year-old, 7th-generation, well-trained, highly intelligent Shimashimatchi whose current occupation is teaching. He is married to Kayli, a 6-year old, 4th-generation Hidatchi on my version 3. They each have a baby girl.

Has anyone else noticed that although Tamagotchis were everywhere a few years ago, I don't see too many of them anymore. I had to drive to the next big city, 80 miles, to find Gotchi figures. Now I order all Tamagotchi merchandise online. Also, Bandai hasn't added to the Tamagotchi website for almost 2 years!!! What is happening? When did this crisis begin? Is it today's video games, which require such a short attention span? Or is it Bandai's fault for not advertising enough? Or something else altogether? What can we do to bring the Tamagotchi back? What do you think? I need comments!!!!!!!!!!
On this blog, I will not only track my Tamagotchis' growth; I will ask you questions about our approach toward the promotion of Tamagotchi. Feel free to post comments, giving Bandai some advice on this depressing Tamagotchi predicament.
