Venus

Hey everyone! I've been gone a while and it looks like this school year's pretty homework-laden so my posts are probably few and far between.
Alice left her baby Petitchi girl. I named her Venus.
I was really busy over the week so I left Venus in the name screen for a while.
So once I hatched her, Venus's age showed up as 4 years. Whoops.
So at the moment, Venus is still a baby. Once she evolves into a toddler, I'll make another post.
Any ideas on what character I should aim for? (Venus is a third generation.) Feel free to leave a comment anytime!

Alice's Baby

A few weeks ago, I was sitting in history class, bored as usual. My Tamagotchi V2 was in my pocket, so I checked on her. It was around 10:30 am, I believe.
I looked at the screen, but instead of seeing Alice, I saw the matchmaker. I pushed a button and she showed me a partner (I can't remember which character he was).
Alice married this guy, and after the wedding she had a baby girl!
I paused Alice for quite a while after that because I was busy with schoolwork (imagine that). Since it's a long weekend, I felt like unpausing her and blogging again.
Since Alice is now 9 years old, I'm expecting that she'll leave pretty soon.
I'm not sure what to name this baby girl; I'll think of something though!
That's all for now.

PS: I'm thinking of making another collection video or a vlog video soon. What do you think? Leave any suggestions in the comments!

Alice

Alice is now 6 years old and looking great! It seems like the matchmaker should show up soon.

Here are some pictures as promised.
Alice in her usual Hiratchi form.
She also tried on a costume and looks like a bandit Mimitchi.

But that's all for today. Thanks for reading!

Tamagotchi V2

Hey everyone! It's been a busy school year so far, and right now I'm traveling. I haven't been using my color Tamagotchis lately, but I started my V2 back up yesterday. Right now, I have an adult girl Hiratchi named Alice. Alice is 5 years old and a second generation. I haven't got a camera on my hands at the moment, but I'll try to post some pictures of her when I can. She's a really cute character, even though she's apparently a neglected care character. (Click here to find a V2 growth chart; I saw the care levels on the Tamagotchi Wikia.)
It seems that Alice will get married pretty soon. I'll try to keep you posted.
Today's question: What kinds of names do you give to your Tamagotchis?
Thanks for reading; comment with feedback or just to say hi. Mata atode!

Giragiratchi

Hey everyone! School started last Thursday but I've got enough time for a blog post today.
Aya evolved into a Giragiratchi (a girl secret character) and got her first happy symbol, the sparkly scrunchie. Then she got her second happy symbol, the TamaMori tree, and her fourth happy symbol since I kept her with me for 48 hours. We haven't found her third happy symbol yet.
She also got a pet, Harapparatchi.
Aya and Harapparatchi having fun outside.
Aya and Harapparatchi getting a letter from Yoji.
Yoji went out to the park this morning and ended up working at the TamaDepa. I'll upload a picture of this record in another post, since the iPod was acting up and wouldn't let me upload so many pictures at once.
Another surprise on the Tamagotchi P's is Eco Town, which we unlocked when Yoji helped clean up the park a couple weeks ago. When Yoji rides his Eco Car to visit Eco Town, the Eco People give him a fresh vegetable like a carrot or tomato . . . or soft serve ice cream! :P
Yoji gets soft serve ice cream from the inhabitants of Eco Town.
Once I find Aya's final happy symbol, I'll marry Aya and Yoji (and possibly post a video of the wedding). They should make a cute couple and I'm ready for another generation on these Tamagotchis.

I ordered a Tamagotchi P's case from oddsandendswithlove on TamaTalk, so I'll show that once it arrives.
I'm also considering buying pierces for my P's. Does anyone have ideas on which pierces to buy? I'm looking at the Love Melo pierce since I'm so fond of Melodytchi, but a lot of the other pierces look cool too. The Baby Change pierce isn't too appealing to me, though.

That's all for now. Any questions, thoughts, ideas, or whatever else, just leave a comment below.

Painaputchi

Last week, I left for vacation. This week, I've been super busy. School starts in four days, and I haven't even gone back-to-school shopping yet! I haven't been able to run my Tamagotchis or post much, but I did get some things done, and I hope my life gets a little less hectic in the future.

On my iD L, Aya has now evolved into a Painaputchi. Additionally on my Tamagotchi P's, Yoji got all his puzzle pieces: a computer, space food, a helmet, and keeping him for 24 hours. I really like the concept of the puzzle pieces; you have to put together several elements to make total happiness!

Additionally, Yoji got a pet named Yumekyantchi.

Since I've had Painaputchi on my iD L so many times, I've decided to try for the secret adult  by connecting Aya and Yoji repetitively. I'm also hoping that once Aya is an adult for a while, she and Yoji can get married.
I've noticed a lot of cute surprises on my P's so far. Two weeks ago (it's been that long already!), Yoji went to the park and worked as a park patrol of some sort. He busted some guys for littering and such.
Also, Yoji and I went outside the other day and a giant CafĂ© bus came by and offered 50% off coupons for the Cafe and it is a permanent coupon, just like the Eco Fork on the iD L.
I'm excited to see what else shows up on my Tamagotchi P's! :)

Aya

I've been meaning to do a blog post for the past few days...
Wow, it's August already. Where did the time go???
On my iD L, Usagi got all her happy symbols (Flower hat, kendama toy, Fuwafuwa Castella, and staying with me for 48 hours), then got married to a Shinshitchi and had a baby girl Momoirotchi, whom I named Aya.

Usagi spends some quality time with Aya.
After Usagi said goodbye to her daughter, I got to start our second generation.
An hour later, Aya evolved into a Paletchi. She is a very cute toddler, even though I've had Paletchi more times than I can count.
Aya
On my Tamagotchi P's, Yoji became an adult. He is a Raitotchi, and his current attribute/skill point is "gourmet." I haven't yet discovered all the work and school features, so I'll certainly have to do that!

Yoji just loves his appearance. :D
Semi-important sidenote: I have had my USB-IrDA dongle for almost a year now, and I've never gotten it to work. However, all my tries have been on computers running Windows Vista. My mom's computer recently got upgraded to Windows 7, so I want to try downloads on that computer and see if that works.
And please see this lovely topic on TamaZone where you can find information on many Japanese Tamagotchis. It gives you access to growth charts, downloads, instructions, and all kinds of help.

So that's all for now! I'll post more once I've got new evolutions and happy symbols (or puzzle pieces, as they're now called)!

Thanks for reading. Mata atode!

Yoji

As I mentioned, Yoji hatched when I started up my Tamagotchi P's. he was a baby Aokumotchi. (Basically Blue-Cloud-tchi if you translate it.)
An hour later, he evolved into a Turtletchi. He was so adorable and I regret not taking photos of him.
A few days later, he became a Maimaitchi. He looks like a little snail!!

Yoji hangs out.
Usagi is still a Furawatchi. She still hasn't gotten all her happy symbols, but we're working on it! I'm a little sad that she's a first-generation Tamagotchi, but at least I didn't lose all the destinations and items that I earned through TamaTomo generations.

Based on this really nice growth chart,  Yoji could become a Rightchi, Kuchipatchi, Nandetchi, Mogumogutchi, Monakatchi, Spacytchi, Doyatchi, or Atchitchi. His current personality is "gourmet."

I really do like the Tamagotchi P's so far. The characters are a little more like real animals and less traditionally Tamagotchi-ish, but they are still super cute, and the toy is a lot of fun. I'm excited to see what the Deco Pierces can offer once I get some of them, and I love being able to connect my iD L and Tamagotchi P's. Someday, but not this Tamagotchi generation, I hope to marry these critters. :)

But that's all for now!

Wow!!

I got home from vacation on the midnight flight a few weeks ago, and my Tamagotchi P's had arrived in the mail!! So I made an unboxing video and started up the Tamagotchi before I went to bed. Guess I'll need a better camera next time.

But anyway...
Holy cow, I haven't posted for almost 3 weeks! I just got home from camp, and I was busy with other stuff recently too, such as an online summer class (never ever doing that again) and sports. But now I'm back and I wanted to do some blog posts!
Tomorrow, I hope to put up some pictures of Usagi and the new Tamagotchi P's, whom I named Yoji. I'll give Yoji's growth tomorrow, he is currently a teen. I'm really liking the Tamagotchi P's so far, because the characters are cute and the device is very polished. I'd love to get a few Deco Pierces for it as well.
But right now, I'm really tired and want to go to bed.
So good night! Thanks for reading!

Furawatchi/Flowertchi/Violetchi/Whatever

A few days ago, Usagi on my iD L evolved into a Furawatchi. I was going to take some pictures of her, but she ran out of batteries, and I haven't got any spare AAA's with me. I'll put new batteries in her once I'm done with vacation.
But we got her first happy symbol, which was (surprise, surprise) the flower hat. She looked pretty cute in it; I can't wait to get a picture once I'm home.
And of course, when I get home, I'll be able to open up my Tamagotchi P's that arrived there. I think I'll do an "unboxing" video, which will be more of an unpackaging video since I don't think my Tamagotchi P's is coming in the original box. :P
But anyway, mata atode!

Teen Tama!

Hey! Happy July, and happy Canada Day for all y'all up north. :)
I'm on vacation, and I haven't been able to do a whole lot of Tamagotchi-ing, but there was a recent evolution on my iD L.
Usagi evolved into a Sabosabotchi. I'm glad, because I haven't had many adults from Sabosabotchi. I'll see what she becomes; I don't mind as long as she isn't Shigurehimetchi (I've already had her).
Usagi is happy.
Besides that, I've been enjoying the nice summer weather, reading lots of books outside, and relaxing a little bit. I've got some busy days ahead of me this summer!
But I'll wait for Usagi to evolve before I get too busy.

Vacation

So as some of you might know, I left for vacation two days ago. When I arrived here, my mom sent me an email and said my Tamagotchi P's had arrived back home. It was one day late and I wasn't there to see it. I'll be back home in a little under three weeks, so the Tamagotchi P's at home gives me something to look forward to. I'll probably do a review/"unboxing" video when I get home.
Anyway, I brought both my Tamagotchi Music Stars and Tama-Gos with me, along with my iD L! I think I'll start running that one today! And when I mentioned that the Music Stars got married, I didn't mention to whom.
Joshua got married to a Chantotchi and had a baby boy.
Chino? got married to a Kunoitchi and had a baby girl.
And I had my iD L on pause. Unfortunately, Aimi, who was a Hinonetchi at the time, came off pause while I was traveling (I guess the B button got pushed too many times inside my suitcase) and then evolved into Uwasatchi while off pause, then ran away. She was 3 years old and a 9th generation. She left this note:
Really, I did not wish to get is divided in this way. . . If I See You in turn, I hope if you are to be with you more. . . Bye-bye
[I translated that with Google Translate]
Aimi, I'm so sorry! I'll miss you! But I'm glad you didn't actually die.
I started a new generation, and it hatched into a little girl Momoirotchi.
I named her Usagi, which means "rabbit" in Japanese. Nicely enough, the iD L kept all my TamaTomos, items, and TamaTomo-unlocked areas, and Aimi the Uwasatchi never showed up in the list because she never became a TamaTomo character. The only change is, Usagi is a first-generation character.
An hour later, she evolved into Paletchi. I didn't get a picture this time because my camera's battery died.

Adulthood

This morning, I woke up and Frizz and Andrew had evolved! Frizz had become a Tarakotchi and Andrew was another Necktietchi. Guess I didn't take great care of them, but I'm glad to have Tarakotchi because I've never had him before.

Also today, Joshua and Chino? each got married by the matchmaker. I'll post some pictures of them tomorrow!

Tamagotchi P's

I ordered a Tamagotchi P's on Sunday morning via eBay. Yesterday it was shipped from its original location, and according to the tracking the P's should be here by Thursday, just in time so I can take it along with me on vacation!
Today, there were no evolutions. But I think Andrew and Frizz should evolve into adults tomorrow on the Tama-Gos, and my Music Stars should get married pretty soon.
Getting way too excited for my P's!! Does anyone have a basic idea of the gameplay? Is it anything like the iD L?
I've been thinking I should run the P's (if it gets here) and my iD L during my vacation, and I can blog about those. Then I might take the batteries out of my Tama-Gos and Music Stars. What do you think?
Ah, so many questions today!

Tamagotchi Misadventure!

This morning, Andrew evolved into a Korokotchi. By the time I had to leave the house to go on a hike, Frizz hadn't evolved yet. So I took him with me in the car on the way there, and he evolved by the time we reached the mountain to go hiking. I paused him and left him on the seat of the car.
Apparently, that was not a good idea. It was already hot and sunny outside, so think about being inside a hot sunny metal car! Blisteringly hot.
When I got back to the car two and a half hours later, Frizz's screen was almost completely black and illegible. And being a black Tamagotchi, he got extra super overheated. I was very worried at first, but eventually his screen started going back to normal (still very dark). And Frizz was still upset with me. I can't blame him, really.
On the way home, we stopped at the grocery store. I ordered myself an iced chai at the grocery store Starbucks kiosk to try and cool down, and I gave Frizz the treat of joining me in the freezing grocery store as well. Finally he got over his heat exhaustion and his screen returned to its properly whitish state, and I think Frizz forgave me.
Once Frizz and I got home, I unpaused Andrew and told him all about our misadventure. He was jealous! I can't imagine why, but it must be that he's never been left alone in a hot car and had his home turn black.
Andrew and Frizz definitely slept well though. They fell asleep before I could even get a picture of them awake!
Frizz asleep!

Ahirukutchi

Hi! Sorry it's been a few days; I was pretty busy so I had to pause my Tamagotchis for a while.
Andrew and Frizz both evolved into toddlers last night after I started their generations up. They look like twins now!
Frizz hangs in his beach living room.

Andrew and Frizz

Last night, Chris and Douglas left their sons. I named Douglas's son Andrew, and Chris's son Frizz. I haven't started the new generations yet, but I will tomorrow night.
Frizz misses his father.
On my Music Stars, Chino? reached his first ranking award in R&B music, while Joshua reached first ranking in Rock and Roll.
But that's all for now. I'll try to post tomorrow!

Very Short Update...

Today, Joshua the Kuchipatchi reached pro debut. He is rapidly becoming a popular musician.

Tomorrow I might have some pictures of my Tamagotchis. Or, rather, today, because it's just after midnight.

Would've Posted this Yesterday...

Yesterday was the last day of school. :)
And yesterday I also typed up a post on an iPod, complete with pictures and all, and then the iPod decided to go delete all the pictures and make my post unpostable. So I'll try this post again.

Viva got married and had a baby boy. Since I'll be running a lot of Tamagotchis this summer, I removed her battery.
Since it was a good day, I decided to celebrate by starting up some other Tamagotchis. I chose to start up my Music Stars and Tama-Gos since they were most popular when I asked on my video a couple weeks ago.
I put the battery from my V4.5 into my blue Music Star, then put a fresh battery into my purple Music Star.
On the blue one, I discovered a 3-year-old, 7th generation Kuchipatchi named Joshua, who had a band called Papaya.
My purple one had a 3-year-old, 8th generation Kuromametchi named Chino? (Yes, with the question mark.) who had a band called Holiday.
Then I put batteries in each Tama-Go. On my black one I found a 9th generation, 9-year-old Gozarutchi named Chris (according to my logbook) with an Uwasatchi wife and a baby Kinotchi boy.
On my blue Tama-Go, there was a 12th generation, 9-year-old Necktietchi with a Ringotchi wife and a baby boy Kinotchi.

Later on in the day, Chino? reached his pro debut and got paid 10000 Gotchi points.
That's all for yesterday! Thanks for reading!

Work to do!

Yesterday, Bella got a job as a doctor. This morning, both Bella and Viva got paid, 1200 Gotchi points and 2900 Gotchi points, respectively. This difference in salary is probably because Bella has fewer skill points than Viva does.
I think Viva is almost old enough to marry off (the matchmaker might come today, actually). I'm glad about that, because I'll be able to start a new generation and (hopefully) NOT get Shitekitchi again!!
The last day of school is in 4 days. On that day, I will remove the batteries from the two Tamagotchis I am running, and start up my 2 Music Stars and both my Tama-Gos. By then, I want to have both Bella and Viva married off so I can start new generations on both Tamagotchis next time I put batteries in them.
That's about it for now! We should see a Tamagotchi marriage in the next few days.

Pukatchi

Bella is now a Pukatchi. :)
Bella.
Bella close up. Isn't she cute?

Also, Viva finished school and got a job as a teacher. Even though lots of people hate the game you have to play for that job, I think it's kind of fun.
That's pretty much it.

Sigh...

Konnichiwa!
Yesterday morning, Bella evolved from Mohitamatchi to Young Dorotchi and started school. I was aiming for Pukatchi, so we were playing the game Shape a lot to increase her intelligence points.
Viva was still an Ura Young Memetchi. We'd been playing the game Manhole to increase her Spiritual skill points. I was aiming for Ura Violetchi, but I wouldn't have been upset at getting Ura Zukyutchi. As long as I didn't get Shitekitchi again.

Viva. So cute as a teen!
Bella as Young Dorotchi.
Bella up close!
Bella up close on the other side.
This morning, I woke up late, but I was excited to see if Viva had evolved. She had, but...
Shitekitchi!
Sorry to be so cruel, but Shitekitchi is awful! It seems like a curse: if I have a female teen on my V4.5s, I get Shitekitchi! She looks like an angry tennis ball with arms, legs, and way too much makeup.
Bella stayed a teen, and I'm working extra hard to make sure she becomes a Pukatchi.
That's all for now!

Unpausing...

It's Friday, so I'm unpausing my Tamagotchis. We have exactly 8 days of school left (2 four-day weeks) and then I'm out of school! In exactly 2 weeks, I will be done with school for the year, and able to blog freely (for the most part).
Bella is still a Mohitamatchi and Viva is still an Ura Young Memetchi, but that should change pretty soon.
This is a 3-day weekend, so there should be a fair amount of Tamagotchi-ing.
I look forward to the day that school ends! It will be a leisurely, restful summer. I will be able to start up more Tamagotchis, too. :)

100th post!!!

Since this is my 100th post (Yay, celebrate!!), I decided to do a video. :)
No new stuff has happened on my Tamagotchis; I've had to pause them a lot cause I'm so busy. Luckily, school ends on June 6! I'm almost free!

I hope it clears up eventually!

Unfortunately, a few days ago I found that Minnow, on the Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. app on an iPad, had died. :( I don't think I'll be able to use the L.i.f.e. app because I don't have my own smart-device (such as tablet, iPod touch, smartphone, etc.). Oh well. Let's move on to some more positive news!
In the morning, I woke up and found that Ruby had left her daughter. I named her Bella, and an hour later, she evolved into a Mohitamatchi. Later on, Bella started preschool.

Bella, beginning the 8th generation on this V4.
Viva evolved into Ura Young Memetchi and started school with Mr. Canvas as her teacher. I'm trying to get lots of spiritual skill points. With spiritual skill points, I can get Shitekitchi, Ura Zukyutchi, or Ura Violetchi. I'm really hoping for Ura Violetchi and DREADING if I get Shitekitchi (who looks like an angry tennis ball with arms, legs, and makeup IMO).

Viva always looks a little nervous.
I've been running my TamaWalkie a lot lately, and have gotten to some new destinations. I'm going to prolong the suspense by saving the news for later.
Spring is in the air, and summer is almost here! It's so exciting! :D
Today's question: what is your favorite Tamagotchi version?

Good News...Bad News...More Good News!

Hello friends
Ok, so the good news will be first: Ruby and Atlas got married! They had 2 baby girls. Atlas was 8 years old and Ruby was 6. Something kind of interesting is that the friendship level on both of them was "best friend," two hearts and two faces. I guess they were in a hurry to get married!
Ruby and her daughter
Atlas on Ruby's friend list
But later on today, I noticed that Atlas's hunger and happiness hearts were emptying really quickly and he kept getting sick. I thought it was just because I wasn't taking good care of him.
But I went for a walk and when I got back he was dead. I couldn't revive him. I tried pressing the reset button then selecting download and everything, to no avail. :(
Death screen, NOOOOOO!
I think this is because he was pretty old. At that age, Tamas get pretty frail. But still it was so unexpected! Lesson learned: if you have an older adult, keep it asleep so it doesn't die.
Atlas was a 6th generation, I've had his family line for a long time, so his loss is a bit hard. But at least my v4 didn't die!
BEGIN REAL-TIME BLOGGING
But let's get started! I'll push buttons A and C now...come on Amat, go ahead!
There's an egg on the screen now...
It hatched! It's a girl!! I'll name her Viva!
Viva
Yes, it kept my entire friends list and started me off with 30000 Gotchi Points! It deleted my items though.

Atlas in the "History" list.
END REAL-TIME BLOGGING
An hour later, Viva evolved into a little Hitodetchi (you know, that adorable starfish character)!
Viva as Hitodetchi
I'm actually very excited to have my new character Viva. Considering that my Tamagotchi died, the outcome was pretty good: I get to keep all my friends and parents on my list, I started out with a fair amount of money, and I'm very glad that I hatched a girl this time.
Ruby's gift from Atlas  :3
Viva will grow up like the sister of Ruby's daughter, and Atlas remains a memory in the history booklet of my v4.5. And Ruby still has the ring he gave her.
